This Privacy Policy explains how Logo Grove ("Logo Grove," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit logogrove.com (the "Site"), contact us, or engage us for branding, design, web, app, AI and automation, or digital marketing services (together, the "Services"). Logo Grove is a trade name of The Digital Crafters LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.

- Project materials, such as existing logos, brand assets, copy, images, credentials or access you choose to grant to your own platforms (for example, a website or ad account), and feedback you provide during a project.
- Billing information, such as billing name, billing address, and payment details. Card and bank payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications, including the content of emails, messages, call notes, and meeting recordings where you have agreed to recording.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from business partners or referral sources, from publicly available sources (such as your company website or professional profile), and from service providers that help us operate the Site.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and communicate with you;
- provide, manage, and improve the Services, including design, development, and marketing work;
- process payments, issue invoices, and keep business and tax records;
- operate, secure, and analyze the Site, and prevent fraud or misuse;
- send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out at any time);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers that perform services for us, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, project management, payment processing, analytics, and customer communications. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics partners, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, which receive information through cookies and similar technologies on the Site as described in Section 6.
- Our team members and contractors, including team members located outside the United States, who need the information to deliver the Services (see Section 7).
- Affiliated companies under common ownership or control with us, for administrative, financial, and compliance support.
- Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Logo Grove, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Some U.S. state privacy laws treat allowing advertising partners to collect information through cookies as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." Where those laws apply, you may opt out using the tools described in Section 6 or by emailing us at info@logogrove.com.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information on the following legal bases: to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one; for our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business, accounting, and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies (together, "cookies") to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and advertise our Services. Some of these cookies are placed by third parties, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, which may collect or receive information from the Site and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads.
Interest-based advertising and remarketing
We use online advertising, including remarketing, to show ads for Logo Grove to people who have visited the Site. Third-party vendors, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, show our ads on sites and apps across the internet. These vendors use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to the Site and your use of other websites and apps, and to measure how those ads perform (for example, whether you submitted our contact form after clicking an ad).
Information collected for these purposes may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, actions taken on the Site (such as form submissions), and cookie or advertising identifiers.
The tools we use
- Google Ads and Google Analytics (Google LLC), including remarketing, conversion tracking, and Google Analytics advertising features. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), for advertising on Facebook and Instagram and measuring ad results. See Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) (Microsoft Corporation), for advertising on Bing and the Microsoft Advertising network and measuring ad results. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
How to opt out
You can opt out of personalized advertising and limit the use of cookies through the following tools:
- Google: visit My Ad Center at myadcenter.google.com or Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings (Accounts Center > Ad preferences).
- Microsoft: visit account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
- Industry opt-outs: the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, and, for users in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
- Your browser and device: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and reset or limit your mobile advertising identifier in your device settings.
Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you visit the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through our cookie banner before placing non-essential advertising or analytics cookies, and we pass your choice to Google, Meta, and Microsoft through their consent tools. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on the Site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
7. International Data Transfers
Logo Grove is based in the United States, and members of our delivery team work from other countries, including Pakistan. Our service providers may also process information in countries other than the one where you live. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and accessed from the United States, Pakistan, and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
When we transfer personal information, we take steps designed to protect it, including limiting access to personnel who need it, confidentiality obligations, and, where required by law, appropriate contractual safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and secure storage. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you share account credentials with us for a project, please create a dedicated user account for us where possible and revoke our access when the project ends.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to receive a copy of it in a portable format; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at info@logogrove.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents
Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, you may review and request changes to the personal information you have submitted to us by contacting us at info@logogrove.com.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Marketing Communications
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional or service-related messages about an active engagement.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site and the Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, or tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
